Garrett Reuter- General Contractor/Owner
Over the past decade, Garrett has worked in the construction/real estate industry. He gained a great deal of knowledge from his father, who is a general contractor in Orange County.
Garrett is a licensed real estate agent, general contractor, and investor himself. His expertise is in the San Diego multifamily market. It’s his passion to find profitable investment opportunities, capitalize on remodeling existing structures and build the maximum-permitted ADUs to ensure that his clients receive the highest income for their investment.

Diana Reuter- VP of Sales Marketing & Design
Diana oversees the creative direction of projects and the overall construction/remodel designs. Her role is to ensure that the company keeps up to date with design trends in the real estate market so that all homes are built with a timeless yet elevated design.

Austin Reuter- Operations & Construction Manager
Austin oversees all active builds from conception to completion. Each week, he assesses the quality control of onsite projects in order to ensure that they are progressing on schedule.
