I typically don't share videos before I've primed the homes so here you go! This is all sanded, all windows are dusted and covered in plastic. All the outlets are dusted and the wires are covered in painters tape to make the electrician happy 😊
My touch-ups are complete. Tomorrow is prime day!!

2025 Drywall material cost increase. With housing cost through the roof, it's tough for us business owners to increase our cost. We lose bids daily with the fly by night workers that don't back their work. I 100% stand behind our finished product and always will.

10,200 sheets were hung and completed in the 2023 year by the Semper system with almost all of them primed. 54 homes!
We are not a big company but we do know how to put in the hours.
Thank you to all the homeowners, contractors and those that referred us. It 100% couldn't get done without all of you.
Thank you to all the guys and girls that put on the tools day after day.
Let's rest up for a couple of days and get back to it.
