🍂⚾ Fall Cleanup & Project Day! ⚾🍂

A huge thank you to everyone who came out today and put in the work at the park. We had a great group of volunteers and got a lot accomplished:

* Old dugouts are officially out
* Replaced home plate on the north field
* Repositioned home plate on the south field
* Moved bases back into the correct positions on both fields
* Buttoned up the batting cages
* Picked weeds throughout the infields
* Got a start on cleaning up the concession stand, with a little more to come once the new roof is finished

Days like today are a great reminder that our program and facilities are truly a community effort. We appreciate everyone who gave up part of their Saturday to help us keep improving the park for our kids and the seasons ahead.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped get it done! ⚾🥎

📣 HAA Families We Want Your Feedback!

Last week our 2026 HAA Parent Season Feedback Survey was emailed to families of registered players!

We'd really appreciate you taking a few minutes to complete it, and we encourage you to fill it out with your child. We're especially interested in hearing how they felt about their season, what they enjoyed, how they grew, and where we can improve.

The survey is completely anonymous, and we want to hear it all; the good and the bad. Your feedback will help guide our planning and improvements for the 2027 season.

🚧 Concession Stand Expansion Update! 🚧

Things are really starting to take shape at the park! The framing is up, the roof is going on, and you can finally get a good look at just how much additional storage space this project is adding to our concession stand.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re excited about the progress and what this expansion will mean for our program in the years to come.

A huge thank you to everyone putting in the time and work to make this happen, especially M & R Construction for kicking butt on it!. We’ll keep sharing updates as the project moves along! ⚾🥎

⚾🥎 That’s a Wrap on the 2026 Season! 🥎⚾

Last night marked our final night of T-Ball and the official end of the Hilbert Athletic Association’s 2026 summer program!

A huge thank you to everyone who made this season possible — our players, parents, coaches, volunteers, umpires, concession workers, and everyone else who gave their time to help out throughout the summer. Programs like ours only work because of the people who continue to show up and support our kids and our community.

We hope our players had a great summer, learned a few things along the way, made some memories, and most importantly, had fun playing ball!

📋 Keep an eye on your email Registered participant families! You should be receiving a short program satisfaction survey soon. We’d really appreciate parents taking a few minutes to complete it, ideally with input from your player(s). Both positive feedback and constructive criticism help us understand what’s working and where we can make the program better.

Thank you for a great 2026 season. We’re already looking forward to seeing everyone back at the park in 2027! ⚾🥎

T-Ball Starts Tonight!

The wait is over! We can't wait to welcome all of our future ballplayers to the park for the first night of the 2026 Hilbert T-Ball season!

📅 The full season schedule is below. Remember:
✅ Find your child's team color on the roster you received by email.
👀 Then use the schedule to find your game time each week.

⏰ Please arrive about 15 minutes early tonight so we have time to hand out shirts and get everyone checked in before the games begin.

🌭 Our concession stand will be open, so come hungry and cheer on all of our young athletes!

We'll see everyone at the park tonight! Let's make it a great season!

🥎🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆🥎

Congratulations to our Hilbert C League Softball girls on an incredible East Shore League Tournament Championship!

This was a true team effort from start to finish. After drawing the #8 seed, the girls had to battle through the toughest road possible playing every game as the visiting team and an unbelievable 8 games total to bring home the championship!

Their journey included:
✅ Opening with a win
❌ A tough loss to New Holstein
🪜 Fighting all the way back through the consolation bracket
😬 Defeating every team in their path; including an extra-inning nail-biter against Chilton
🥇 Earning a rematch with New Holstein and coming out on top to claim the title!

What a display of resilience, determination, and teamwork. These girls never quit, and it paid off in the biggest way possible!

Congratulations to the players, coaches, and families on an unforgettable tournament. We're proud of all of you!

⚾ T-Ball Starts Tomorrow! ⚾

We can't wait to welcome all of our future ballplayers to the park for another fun summer of T-Ball!

⚾ Wednesdays: July 22, July 29, August 5, and August 12
🌧️ August 19 will be used as a make-up night if needed.

⏰ Session Times
• 5:00–6:00 PM
• 6:00–7:00 PM
• 7:00–8:00 PM

👉 Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session tomorrow so we have time to get everyone checked in and shirts distributed.

🌳⚾ Help Us Keep Our Park Beautiful ⚾🌳

We've noticed an increase in empty Slushy cups, water bottles, snack wrappers, and other litter being left around the fields and playground.

We know game nights are busy and little ones get excited, so we're asking parents to please take a quick walk through your area before heading home and help your children throw away any trash.

Our volunteers and the Village of Hilbert work hard to keep the park looking great, but they can't be everywhere. If we aren't able to keep the park clean, we may have to reconsider offering items like slushies and other concessions that create the most litter. We'd really hate to see that happen.

A few extra seconds cleaning up before you leave makes a huge difference and helps keep our park safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone.

🚨 Attention T-Ball Parents! 🚨

We’re less than one month away from the start of T-Ball, and an email has been sent out with important season information.

Please watch for that email, as it includes the team rosters and weekly field schedule attachments.

Again this year, T-Ball teams are split into age groups:

⚾ Ages 3–4
⚾ Ages 5–6

These groups are kept separate for safety and player development, as there can be a big difference in size, coordination, and skill level between age groups.

T-Ball begins Wednesday, July 22nd, with sessions at:

⚾ 5:00 – 6:00 PM
⚾ 6:00 – 7:00 PM
⚾ 7:00 – 8:00 PM

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time on the first night so we can hand out shirts and get everyone checked in.

T-Ball nights will be:

July 22nd, July 29th, August 5th, and August 12th

Full concessions will be available each week, so come hungry and support the program!
