It is with a very heavy heart that we are officially closing down the remodeling portion of Kor Limited Series Designs for the forseable future.

Kor has always been a large part of who I am, in one form or another, and I am sure that I will find a way to keep the name, and passion alive in whatever form may come next.

I want to thank all of our clients over the past few years who entrusted us to bring their visions to life. It has been an absolute pleasure!

This past weekend we got hard to work donating time, and materials, for our local Post 4737 annual fundraiser. While a stage may not seem like much, this allowed them to get outside and attract people who were already in town for Highwood’s “Nashwood” event. Teaming up with we booked a full weekend of live local bands, held a BBQ cook-off on Saturday, and even got behind the grill ourselves on Sunday to cook brats and burgers for everyone enjoying the festivities.
We’re proud to support our Veterans, not just for this event, but year round! Thank you to everyone who made it out, and supported this great event. See you next year!!

To say we’re excited about how this kitchen remodel turned out is an understatement. The original kitchen felt small and cramped with the island and soffits. Counter space was almost non existent, and the fridge was originally next to the stove! 😬
With the removal of the small separation wall and island, it allowed us to slide the pantry down and move the fridge. This gives the kitchen/dining area a more open and functional flow. While it would have been just as easy to drywall over the existing load bearing header, a custom faux wood beam really brings the whole room together!
Now our amazing clients can enjoy a more open and flowing kitchen, with plenty of storage and counter space!!!
