It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Garrett Hurlbut, Founder and Owner of A Perfect Finish Painting.
With Garrett’s passing, A Perfect Finish Painting will be closing its doors. While this marks the end of the business, it will never be the end of Garrett’s legacy.
What started as a college idea on a whim grew into one of Colorado’s most respected painting companies, proudly serving thousands of homeowners and businesses across our state. Along the way, APF was honored to be named the Best of Mile High among many accolades, but Garrett always believed people mattered more than awards.
He was proud to build a company where his father, brothers, friends, and an incredible team worked side by side. To him, APF was family.
Garrett’s impact extended far beyond painting homes. Through the APF Community Impact Scholarship, donations that helped pay off children’s school lunch balances, and countless hours of volunteer work, he believed in giving back to the community that supported him.
To every client who trusted APF with your homes over the years, thank you. Your support allowed Garrett to build something much bigger than a business. You helped create a legacy of craftsmanship, generosity, integrity, and service.🙏
