A Quick Update & Thank You to Our Community

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who has reached out to Flip A Dope, LLC and Budget Cuts & Landscaping following the recent storms.

The response from our community has been incredible. Our crews are continuing to handle same-day damage inspections whenever possible, while our office and project team are working extended hours to prepare estimates, proposals, and repair scopes.

Due to the unusually high volume of requests, proposal turnaround is currently approximately 72–96 hours following inspection. We want to make sure every property receives the attention it deserves and that our estimates are prepared accurately rather than rushed.

If you’ve already had an inspection and are waiting on your proposal, we haven’t forgotten about you. Our team is working through each request as quickly as possible, and we sincerely appreciate your patience.

To everyone who has called us, referred a neighbor, shared our information, or trusted us to inspect your property — thank you for supporting a local Highland business.

We’ll continue working hard to help our neighbors clean up, repair, and rebuild.

Seeing the completed Southridge Playground Project is something we are incredibly proud to have been a small part of.

As a Highland business, Flip A Dope, LLC believes being part of a community means more than simply doing business here—it means supporting the families, schools, organizations, and future generations that make this community what it is.

We’re grateful that both Flip A Dope Construction and our Budget Cuts & Landscaping Division had the opportunity to contribute to this project and help turn an idea into something Southridge students can enjoy today and for many years to come.

The real credit belongs to the individuals who organized this project, the volunteers who gave their time, and the families, businesses, and community members who came together to make it happen.
