So the Schneider house got Certificate of Occupancy today and the homeowners are moving in this weekend! Exactly 4 months and 1 week from dig date we got the homeowners in their new home! One of the fastest ones we've done to date. Hopefully they get to relax and enjoy their beautiful view out back, and get the home ready for the new addition coming soon. Congratulations again on the new member of the family!

Weekly update time!

Schneider house is only a couple weeks away from being 💯 done! Just waiting on countertops and just a few minor trim pieces, and it's all theirs.
Gray house is all but completed outside and MEPS should be wrapped up by next week and on to insulation, drywall, paint, and interior finishes!

Been a couple, but update for the week.

Schneider house it's 99% wrapped up on the exterior. Garage doors, cabinets, flooring, and trim finally start next week! 🤞🤞we're shooting for the move in date right at the 4 month timeline!🙏🙏 Gray house has started siding and soffit, and MEPs are rolling through now trying to get ready for insulation and drywall soon, hopefully!

Update on the 2 houses we're currently working on.

Schneider house is drywalled and painted, waiting on cabinets/ permanent power to continue on the inside. Working on siding the outside while installing metal on the interior of the garage. Hopefully about another month or so and this one will be wrapped up and close to move in ready for the homeowners!

Gray house got the roof, windows, and doors installed the last couple of days! Working on deadwood upstairs and framing the basement up next week so all the MEPs can start on all their rough-ins so we can move on to drywalling.

Moving right along, trying to get these 2 wrapped up before the next 3 start in the next few months🥵🫠🫠

Gray house is moving right along. Got the house framed up and ready to start on the garage walls next week to get it ready for rafters!

Schneider house is 95% completed with MEPS, so insulation goes in Monday and drywall gets stocked Tuesday!

Update for the week! Framing finally started on the Gray house, ready to go full bore Monday!

Schneider house is closed up with windows and doors in. MEPs are running full bore and hoping to start drywall by early next week🤞🤞

So we are 100% complete with the McMahon house in Bunker Hill. Here's the final pics for this one!
