First coat going on! 🎨 It’s all in the details..cutting in around this wooden pole took a little extra patience, but clean lines make all the difference.

🏡 Another home getting ready to hit the market!

We gave this front entrance a much-needed refresh by power washing the walkway and steps, then prepping and repainting the metal railings with a fresh black finish. 🖤

Small improvements like these can make a BIG difference in curb appeal and create a cleaner, more welcoming first impression for potential buyers.

Thursday means another transformation in progress. 🎨

This week has been all about the prep work that makes the biggest difference in the final result.

✔️ Popcorn ceiling removal
✔️ Drywall repairs
✔️ Wallpaper removal

None of these are the “fun” part of painting, but they’re some of the most important. Taking the time to properly prepare every surface is what creates a smooth, long-lasting finish.

This home received a complete transformation with fresh wall paint, painted trim, baseboards, and doors, plus popcorn ceiling removal in the living room and dining room!!

During the project, I discovered the existing ceiling coating was failing. Instead of painting over the problem, the failing material was removed, the ceilings were properly prepared, primed, and repainted the right way.

The result is a brighter, cleaner, more modern space!

The before photos at the end really show just how much of a difference paint can make. 🔥
