To My Awesome Clients,
After 38 years in the plumbing trade, and having grown up in a plumbing family, I have truly loved every minute of serving our clients and our community. As I look toward the next chapter, I will be stepping away from the day-to-day responsibilities of running the business.
While I will continue to own Little Tommy's, my new role will be focused on mentoring and coaching our dedicated team. Over the next two to three years, my goal is to help ensure that the company continues to uphold the high standards of service, integrity, and values that have always been the foundation of Little Tommy's.
Since 1947, a member of the Mahoney family has been proudly serving the plumbing needs of the North Shore communities. I am proud to share that my daughter, Samantha (Sam), and my son, Ryan, are now continuing that tradition as part of the Little Tommy's team.
Although Sam isn't a plumber, she has become an invaluable asset to our company and has worked tirelessly to lead and manage our office operations. Alongside Sam, Jordan Osorio will oversee our plumbers and field operations. Jordan joined Little Tommy's when he was just 20 years old and has grown into an exceptional plumber, leader, father, and man. I couldn't be more confident in the team that will carry this company forward.
I have no doubt that Little Tommy's will be in great hands for many years to come. Thank you for your trust, loyalty, and continued support throughout the years. It has truly been an honor to serve you, and I look forward to watching the next generation continue the tradition of providing the quality service you've come to expect from Little Tommy's.
