Packout #3 This week!

The guys jumped in and knocked it out so that the Mitigation guys could get in there and get their job done.

Starting phase 1 of a packout in Plano! We're doing a full photo inventory and written coinciding inventory, wrapping, packing, Labeling and moving to our warehouse.

Just left our onsite/adjuster meeting for a Fire Loss Claim client. Had an informative conversation with Cause and Origin consultant and learned about lightning. Lol
Lightning hit this home in 3 places and it caught fire. The fireman then flooded the house to essentially save the house. I documented all contents, spoke with the clients on next steps, and put a plan together with the contractor.
We will be cleaning the few items that can be cleaned, sending soft goods to cleaners, sending a few items to restoration writing a TL evaluation for TL items ad packing and storing rest in pods on site.
