Regular Safety Training: Make sure your in house team and sub-contractors undergo continuous safety training to stay updated on the latest protocols and best practices.

Proper PPE: Ensure all workers are equipped with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hardhats, gloves, and safety vests.

Site Inspections: Routine inspections are conducted to identify and mitigate potential hazards. It is always a good practice to use a 3rd party safety company.

Emergency Preparedness: Always have clear emergency procedures posted on the job site to ensure everyone knows what to do in case of an emergency.

Communication: Open and effective communication is maintained to address any safety concerns promptly.

Trench Boxes: Make sure all sub-contractors use trench boxes to protect workers from cave-ins and other excavation hazards.

Power Line Safety: contact local utility companies to clearly marked and cover power lines to prevent accidental contact and ensure the safety of workers, underground and overhead.
