The second section of the warehouse slab was poured this morning for Davis Furniture Industries Inc.’s new showroom and warehouse in High Point, NC, marking another major milestone as the project continues to take shape.

Big things are happening on our Fort Mill, SC MRI facility project! 🏗️🧲

A major milestone was reached yesterday as the MRI magnet was successfully delivered and set into place. This critical installation marks an exciting step forward in bringing the facility to life and moves the project one step closer to completion.

We’re proud to be a part of building a space that will provide advanced diagnostic imaging services for the community and look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues.

This past Saturday, members of the KI team spent the morning volunteering at BackPack Beginnings in Greensboro, helping sort and inventory toys for their Family Market. Supporting an organization that provides such valuable resources to children and families throughout the Triad was a truly rewarding experience. We’re thankful for the opportunity to give back and help make a difference in our community!

Progress is underway on our new 61,000 s.f. furniture showroom project in downtown High Point, NC! We’re currently drilling for aggregate piers to help create a strong foundation for the structure ahead.

We’re looking forward to seeing this project continue to shape up in the heart of the Furniture Capital of the World!

Momentum is building on one of our latest projects at Piedmont Pediatric Dentistry in Greensboro, NC! Footings have been poured and CMU is currently being laid for the crawl space of their new 2,900 s.f. office addition.

We’re proud to help turn this vision into reality and look forward to delivering this expanded space for the Piedmont Pediatric Dentistry team and their patients!

A little rain couldn’t dampen our spirits yesterday afternoon at Shane’s Sporting Clays! 🎯🌧️

Team KI was proud to serve as a station sponsor at this year’s MBCEA Carolinas Chapter Spring Scholarship Clay Shoot. We always appreciate the opportunity to support a great cause, connect with industry partners, and enjoy a fun afternoon on the course — rain and all!

It’s full speed ahead on our Fort Mill, SC MRI facility project 🚧

Outside, curb and gutter work is underway, with sidewalk pours and parking lot paving following behind. Inside, sheetrock is being hung and prepped for paint as interior finishes continue to take shape.

We’re excited to bring this 6,200 s.f. new build to the finish line and can’t wait to share the completed space soon!
