- Trim installation-crown moulding (single and multi-piece), wainscoting, coffered ceilings, baseboards, chair rail and shoe moulding
- Cabinet installation and repair
- Door/window installation and repair (certified by Pella 2004)
- Tile work (floors, showers, backsplashes, etc)
- Sheetrock hanging, finishing, and repair, textured walls and ceilings
- Limited electrical (changing fixtures/switches, adding ceiling fans and lighting)
- Limited plumbing (installing/repairing fixtures- faucets, toilets, and sinks)
