Today is Women in Trades Day, and we want to take a minute to highlight three key members of our crew who keep things running smoothly every day at Iron Range Plumbing.

Molly and Sarah are out in the field every day as plumbing apprentices, learning the trade from the ground up, tackling tough jobs, and putting in the hours to master the craft. Kat brings years of experience, precision, and top-tier craftsmanship to our fabrication and installation work as a Sheet Metal Journeyman.

The trades take hard work, sharp skills, and a lot of grit. We are incredibly fortunate to have Molly, Sarah, and Kat on our team.

We spent Monday enjoying the beautiful weather and some friendly competition at the Hibbing High School Athletics golf scramble. We had the best time connecting with the community and helping raise funds for the local sports programs.
