A great way to wrap up a long, hot week! With multiple days reaching over 100 degrees, our landscaping crew continued to push through and get the job done.

After having a new pool installed, this client was left with a yard that needed some serious restoration. Our crew came in and moved over 100 yards of dirt, completed the necessary grading, put down seed and straw, and installed over 3,000 sq. ft. of sod to bring the property back together.

Proud of our crew for their hard work and dedication, especially through some challenging conditions. Another big transformation in the books!

Building strong relationships with other contractors is incredibly valuable as a small business owner—even with contractors in the same trade.

Every business has its strengths, and sometimes a job comes along that another contractor may be better equipped or better suited to handle—and that’s OKAY. There’s nothing wrong with referring or subcontracting work to someone you trust. You can still create value for your business while making sure the customer gets the best possible result.

The best part is that strong relationships go both ways. When you consistently treat other business owners with respect, communicate well, and don’t take advantage of them, chances are they’ll think of you when opportunities come their way too.

Support other businesses, build genuine relationships, and help each other succeed. Those connections can go a long way in the future.

We make it a priority to take our team out for dinner a few times each month. While we enjoy working together and getting the job done, we also believe it’s important to step away from work, enjoy some good food, and spend time together outside of the job. Building a strong team goes beyond the workday!
