Big upgrade at Good Samaritan Medical Center

Premier Air Conditioning recently installed a new 50 HP pump motor for the cooling tower system—an essential component that keeps the entire facility running smoothly and efficiently.

In a healthcare environment, precision isn’t optional—it’s critical. This new motor delivers consistent water flow, optimized heat rejection, and improved system reliability. That means tighter temperature control, reduced strain on equipment, and better overall energy efficiency.

Our team focused on exact alignment, proper load balancing, and system integration to ensure peak performance from day one. The result? A quieter, more efficient operation that minimizes downtime and maximizes longevity.

At Premier Air Conditioning, we don’t just replace equipment—we engineer solutions that perform under pressure. 27 years of experience, and we’re still raising the standard.

Back up and running. Mission accomplished.

After identifying major issues with the chilled water pumps at Plumosa Middle School in West Palm Beach, the team at Premier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration got to work restoring the system and bringing it back to full operation.

Our technicians diagnosed the problem, completed the necessary repairs, and ensured the chilled water system was operating efficiently and reliably again — keeping classrooms cool and comfortable for students and staff.

At Premier Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, commercial and institutional HVAC is what we do. When critical systems go down, our team responds with the experience and expertise needed to get them back online quickly.

Another system restored. Another client taken care of.
