Custom trimwork in an East Rockaway dining room — dentil crown, chair rail, and hand-built applied wall panels carried right through to the front hall. Every box laid out, cut, and fit on site so the proportions work with the windows and the radiator enclosure instead of fighting them.

Old-world character in a house that deserved it.

Lynbrook ➡️ London ➡️ Rockville Centre 🇬🇧🇺🇸

Some clients turn into friends. This one goes back years — they left Lynbrook for London, did the whole tea-and-crumpets chapter, and came back home to Rockville Centre. First call they made was to us. 🙌

A few things you should know about this house:
☕ There is a full, magazine-worthy family breakfast on that table EVERY. SINGLE. MORNING. Not a holiday. A Tuesday.
🌿 Young Living is pumping through the whole place at all times. You walk in and immediately feel like you’ve made better life choices.

So no pressure on us at all. 😅

BEFORE: original mint green tile, a checkerboard floor lifting right off the slab, wall-hung sink, and a tub you had to climb into. Charming in 1948. Tired in 2026.

AFTER: gutted to the studs and rebuilt —
🚿 Full walk-in shower in deep navy glazed subway
⚪ White penny round shower pan
🟡 Brass rain head + handheld on slide bar
🔵 Deep navy blue vanity with brass mirror & sconces
🧱 Navy backsplash to match the shower
🛠️ Custom radiator cover + applied wall molding
✨ Navy & white fan tile floor tying it all together

Same footprint. Completely different house. And yes — it smells incredible in there.
