Zebra shades might be one of our favorite ways to completely change a room. Clean, modern, and you can control the amount of light coming in without sacrificing the view.

Another clubhouse transformation complete at Smoke Tree in Indio. We took these windows from completely bare to brand new zebra shades, giving the space a clean, updated look with much better light control.

We love how this one turned out.

🏡 Sometimes it’s the smallest upgrades that make the biggest difference.

New blinds don’t just add privacy—they can completely change how a room feels by finishing the space, controlling natural light, and giving your home a clean, updated look.

As a family-owned business, we’re grateful for every homeowner, apartment community, and property manager who trusts us with their homes.

💙 Question of the day: If you could update one thing in your home this weekend, what would it be?

We’d love to hear your answer!

Some of the best lessons aren’t taught in a classroom—they’re learned by doing. 💙

Today, the girls came along to learn how we measure windows and what it takes to help our customers from the very first step of the job.

KB Blinds has always been a family business, and we’re proud to pass that knowledge on to the next generation.

❤️ What’s something you learned from a parent or grandparent that you’ll never forget?

Vertical blind installation at Roland Palms in West Covina.

Between tenants, units go through a full refresh — and that includes replacing blinds when needed.

This is part of what keeps apartments move-in ready.

Just got the keys to your new build and thought…

“Wait… why are there no blinds?” 😂

Yep… that’s the part no one tells you.

New homes don’t come with window coverings — which means you’re suddenly living in a fishbowl real quick 🫣

That’s where we come in.

At KB Blinds, we install custom blinds and shutters to get your home feeling finished, private, and move-in ready.

Because let’s be honest… nobody wants their neighbors watching them unpack groceries on day one 😅

This one almost had no solution…

At West Cliff Courtyard apartments in Newport Beach, the window had no frame, no sill, nothing to mount to — it previously had verticals installed from the ceiling.

Chris figured out a custom solution:
• Side wall bracket
• Center support bracket
• Edge support
• Installed two horizontal blinds to function as one

Turning an “impossible” setup into a clean, functional install.

This is what we mean when we say we don’t just install — we problem solve.

Full unit blind installation at Moss Creek in Garden Grove.

Chris installing full wood blinds throughout the unit and finishing with a vertical slider for the patio door. Clean install and ready for the next tenant.

KB Blinds specializes in apartment community installs and unit turns across Southern California.
