Our company is looking for an energetic and professional, Personal Assistant to work with our fast-growing, IT & Cyber Security company located in Reston, VA.

Daily Duties:

Write and reply to emails from employees/vendors
Screen potential employees on the phone
Write and complete job matrices for potential employees to be submitted to the Government
Constant communication with on-site contractors and potential employees
Keep track of and manage the time-keeping system
Ensure that company bills are paid in a timely manner
Create and manage billing and expense reports
Preferred knowledge of Quickbooks and Cloud applications
Other duties as assigned

Mandatory:

Enthusiastic and ambitious
Versatile: Must be able to switch projects and tasks as needed on short notice
Fast learner: Able to grasp tech concepts as needed and not scared of emerging technologies
Must be good with kids and dogs: We have a family friendly company so there are sometimes children or dogs in the office
Strong work ethic
Bachelor's degree from a 4 year university: Business, Marketing or IT preferred.
Driver's license
Highly organized: Must be able to remember upcoming meetings and deadlines, and manage a calendar
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Positive and friendly demeanor and attitude
A background check and drug test may be administered upon acceptance of position
