Congratulations to five members of our Construction Services team on completing the Effective Leadership Development Program (ELD) offered by Impact Leadership Group.

The program included a series of workshops focused on practical leadership concepts, personal growth, and strengthening the skills needed to effectively lead teams. Through opportunities like ELD, S.W. Cole continues to invest in the growth of its managers and the future success of its teams.
