What an amazing turnout this year! We had an incredible time bringing together our C & C Roofing team, friends, and family to participate in one of our favorite annual traditions — the Umatilla County Fair Parade!

A complete transformation from an aging cedar shake roof to the timeless beauty of IKO Armourshake in Weathered Stone.

This project was about more than just replacing a roof; it was about improving every detail of the roofing system. Our team installed:

• IKO Armourshake designer shingles in Weathered Stone
• Black custom 26-gauge fabricated steel edge metal for a clean, architectural finish
• High-profile ridge cap with a continuous ridge vent for improved attic ventilation
• Big Foot breathable (permeable) underlayment for enhanced moisture management
• Custom flashing and detailed metal work around transitions and additions
• Sidewall flashing and roofing system improvements where needed

Because this home had multiple additions and several different roofing systems, we performed a thorough assessment during the replacement to ensure every transition and detail was properly addressed.
