DC Caliche didn’t start with generations in the aggregate industry or a roadmap already laid out. It was built from the ground up by hard work, grit, and a vision bigger than most people could see at the time.
Today, DC Caliche has grown into one of the largest aggregate suppliers in the Texas Panhandle with an outreach stretching across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. But what makes this operation different isn’t just the pits, the crushers, or the mountain ranges of material we move every day. It’s the people behind it.
Heath built this company the same way he was raised in a small rural community — with work ethic, integrity, and the belief that a handshake still means something. His greatest strength has always been building a team around him that’s willing to take on challenges, solve problems, and show up ready to work no matter the conditions.
You won’t find him far from the operation either. Most days he’s easy to spot somewhere in the pits, in the dust, alongside the people helping build this company every single day.
