Congratulations, Carl Salatino! 🎉

After 45 years with LeFrois, Carl has officially retired, and we got to celebrate with him, his family, and the team who worked alongside him.
Carl rose to project manager and was known for his close attention to detail. He was just as generous with his time for the new guys, helping them learn the ropes and feel at home on the team. That kind of mentorship leaves a mark on every crew he worked with, and on the projects across our community that he helped bring to life.
Carl, thank you for 45 years of hard work and dedication. We'll miss you! Enjoy the RV, the golf course, and every adventure ahead. 🚐⛳

Steel is going up at Coach & Equipment Manufacturing Corporation in Penn Yan! 🏗️

Our team is erecting steel for a 66,000-square-foot addition to the company’s existing bus manufacturing facility. The expansion includes site improvements to support manufacturing operations, parking, and bus staging.

We’re proud to help build the next chapter for this local manufacturer. Stay tuned for more progress from Horizon Park Drive!

Last time we showed you McAlpin's new Webster facility, the exterior sheathing was just going up under smoky skies from the Canadian wildfires.
Fast forward to today: walls are closed in, steel is standing tall, and the inside is finally starting to look like the building it's going to be.
Great progress for McAlpin Industries !
