🌟 Meet Alan Gonzalez, one of our ambitious summer interns! ☀️

Alan is currently studying Construction Science and Management at the University of Tennessee–Knoxville and is expected to graduate in May 2028. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, he enjoys spending time with friends, playing video games, and trying new hobbies. 🎮🌿

Alan says his older brother is his biggest mentor. As a first-generation college student, his brother has guided him both personally and professionally, and his dedication and work ethic continue to inspire Alan to push himself to be the best he can be. 💚

When it's time to relax, Alan enjoys visiting the beach or spending time in nature. 🌊🌲

We're excited to have Alan on the team and look forward to all he'll accomplish this summer! 👏

After spending the summer learning alongside our teams, each intern presented what they accomplished, the lessons they learned, and how they'll carry those experiences into their future careers. 👷

It was an inspiring day filled with growth, confidence, and plenty of reasons to be proud of this talented group. 👏

We recently had the honor of celebrating ✨️ Jim Tuzzolino's 20th anniversary ✨️ with Ruppert Landscape! 🎉

Jim's career is a true example of the opportunities that exist at Ruppert. He began as an intern and has grown through nearly every level of leadership—serving as Assistant Foreman, Foreman, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Region Vice President, and now South Division President, where he oversees operations across North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

Throughout his career, Jim has consistently set the standard for excellence, earning the Branch Impact Award, Achievement Award, and the prestigious Clyde Vadner Merit Award. More importantly, he has earned the respect of his teammates through his leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to developing people.

Jim has played an instrumental role in our company's growth—helping strengthen our presence in Virginia and Washington, DC, and now leading the continued expansion and success of our South Division.

Congratulations, Jim, and thank you for your outstanding leadership and dedication over the past 20 years. We're excited to see what the future holds! 👏🌿

Alexis is currently studying Landscape Construction Management at Williamson College of the Trades and is expected to graduate in May 2028. Originally from South Philadelphia, he enjoys going to the gym, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with family and friends. 💪🌿

Alexis says his mom is his biggest inspiration because she motivates him to always do his best and strive for success. 💚

When it's time to relax, Alexis's favorite place to vacation is North Carolina. 🌄

A great way to wrap up another incredible summer! 🎳🎓

Last week, our Georgia region brought together interns and mentors to reflect on the past two months, practice internship presentations in preparation for Intern Day, and review the financial performance of our maintenance and construction branches—giving interns valuable insight into the business side of our industry.

After a productive morning, the group celebrated with an afternoon of bowling, laser tag, and arcade games.
