Sign on bonus of $1500. Travel out of town is part of this job, must be willing to be gone overnight. We take care of transportation and expenses. OT through our busy season is essential.
Work on grain dryers at commercial grain facilities. Must be able to work at heights of 100 feet or greater. Experience with a man lift beneficial, not mandatory. Experience within the ag industry, also mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of various hand tools and how to use them would be beneficial. Any experience with electrical work, welding, running conduit or black pipe would be a plus. A willingness to learn and to be at work on time are essential. Applicant should be proficient in running black pipe and IPS. We are a Generac generator dealer and plumb in our own gas lines, we also work on grain dryers and the gas train for the dryers. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of different tools and how to use them, applicant should also be willing to do jobs other than plumbing . Must ensure that all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and company standards.
Will assist with the electrical operational safety and performance testing of equipment: prior to being brought on-line. Electricians must be capable of wiring motors, switches, circuit breakers and fuse boxes operating on AC/DC control systems. Understand installing electrical panel boards, load centers, conduit, conductors and power transformers. Work experience with power distribution systems up to 480V in an industrial environment is desired. Electricians will be required to demonstrate expertise on commercial and industrial projects. Knowledge of computer use and software such as Word and Excel is also beneficial.

JOB REQUIRES OUT OF TOWN TRAVEL, SOMETIMES OVERNIGHT. TRANSPORTATION AND ACCOMODATIONS ARE PROVIDED. MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB, HEIGHTS OF 100FT, WORK IN THE AIR, LIFT UP TO 75LBS. DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD.

Resume Required

Will be highly motivated, a self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision. Must understand and follow Industry standards for acceptable work and adhere to OSHA safety regulations. Will be able to follow directions; both written and oral. Should understand how to read and follow prints and schematics. Will be very mechanically adept and pay close attentions to detail. Should have a good working knowledge of basic tools and their use. Must be able to climb (we work at heights of 80 ft plus), be able to lift 50 to 75lbs. Some electrical knowledge would be very helpful as would experience in the grain industry. We do a lot of work with grain handling facilities and grain dryers.
We also install Generac whole house generators.
Travel is required, some overnight, all expenses are taken care of.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be able to travel, have reliable transportation to and from work and basic tools.
