The Work:
🔧 Multifamily maintenance & repairs
🔄 Appliance and water heater replacements
🔍 Preventative maintenance inspections
⚡ Generator service (Briggs & Stratton experience a plus)
🛠️ Residential repairs and improvement projects
You Must Have:
✅ Hands-on trade or maintenance experience
✅ Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
✅ Real pride in your work — you inspect every job before the customer does
✅ Your own basic tools
