✨Huff Residence ✨

The finishes you choose shape how your home feels and how you live within it. From the movement in the stone to the textures you touch every day, each selection should reflect the lifestyle you envision.

Take a sneak peek at our finish selection phase at Marble Express LV , where we’re walking alongside talented luxury designers, considering each material in relation to the next.
This is where individual choices come together as one cohesive vision bringing warmth, character, and intention to your future Dream home.

✨HUFF RESIDENCE✨

The framing is rising, and the home’s proportions are beginning to reveal themselves. Openings now frame the desert views; rooms that once existed only on a plan can be walked through.

There is a particular beauty to this stage of a custom build: seeing the vision take shape before the finishes arrive.

✨Project Update: DuFort Residence | Mission Hills

The character of this custom home is becoming clearer with each visit. Stonework and a striking dark exterior give it presence, while the scale and natural light inside offer a glimpse of how the finished spaces will feel.

A look at where the build stands today. There is still work ahead, and we’re enjoying watching the vision take shape, detail by detail.

SUSAN ROAD | A NEW VISION FOR MISSION HILLS

A quiet stretch of land is beginning to take shape. Our vision for Susan Road brings a new cul-de-sac and four distinct custom estates to a setting defined by open space, mountain views, and the freedom to build a home around the life you want to live.

Each estate is envisioned with its own architecture, private outdoor spaces, and room to make the property entirely its own. Together, they will add a new chapter to the character of Mission Hills. Stay Tuned for project updates ✨

THE CROWN JEWEL OF MISSION HILLS 👑

An Exclusive First Look at 1296 Susan Road Coming Fall of 2028

Some homes are built upon the land. Others are created to become part of its legacy.

Introducing the newest interior renderings for 1296 Susan Road—Dream Construction’s latest showcase residence and a defining new expression of luxury in Mission Hills.

Under the custom design direction of Cyndi Huff, every space has been thoughtfully composed. Natural stone, rich woods, sculptural lighting, and layered textures come together with quiet precision—creating a home that feels both elevated and deeply connected to its surroundings.

Mission Hills has always been distinguished by individuality: expansive acreage, unobstructed mountain views, and the rare freedom to create a residence entirely one’s own. This home honors that same spirit while introducing a new architectural standard to the community.

A statement in design.
A study in craftsmanship.
A home created not only for the way it will be seen, but for the way life will be experienced within it.

The most meaningful homes transcend their own address. They complement the land, enrich the character of their surroundings, and leave a lasting impression on the community they become part of.

The Crown Jewel of Mission Hills is beginning to take form.
