Franco, I couldn't find you on Angie's but i found you on yelp so I'm gonna leave my review here. (I don't even like yelp either but made an account just for you!)

10/10 definitely recommend Franco and Shala with Clog Busters. There's a difference between people doing the job and peple knowing the job. Clog Busters are the latter.

idk wtf happened in my house but all the pipes went on strike at the beginning of this year all at the same time to the point that it flooded my garage. We tried to rock it out for a while but things just got worst and Drāno was no help (learned to never use it, especially not in old 1976 pipes). They came out, diagnosed the problem by running the water and checking the overflow, showed me the clog on the camera (after having to free the clean out from asphalt/concrete.) blasted the clog, then tested to make sure everything was cleaned out and running smoothly. The only problem we still have is with the bath tub but that's a whole project on its own because it's been a problem for a while now.

How they differ from someone just doing the job is showing me the damage my pipes currently have and explaining it to me while explaining different options and how handling each option would most likely play out. Advice is everything and some people wouldn't be so nice about sharing information for you to make a proper informed decision so I appreciate them the most for this. PLUS for the amount I paid, they did SO MUCH more than what I was quoted for from other plumbing companies just for those companies to do ONLY snaking!!

See you all again for the tub! We'll have a mat ready so Shala won't have to lay in the rocks and bushes again!!
