In celebration of Construction Inclusion Week, All 5’s and The PENTA Building Group joined forces for a Cultural Day feast!

Yesterday we brought this year’s theme — Open Doors and Build a Workforce for Everyone — to life with an unforgettable team potluck in . Our crew brought in incredible dishes representing their cultures and backgrounds, complete with tags for each dish, who made it, and the country it represented. It was a great afternoon breaking bread, sharing stories, and connecting.

Earlier this week, All 5's Construction hit the links at the 7th Annual ACE Mentor Program of Southern Nevada Golf Classic in . Not only did we proudly sponsor the event and field some great golfers, but if you stopped by our tent, you already know — that’s where the party was at!

Beyond the fun, we are incredibly honored to support ACE Mentor S. Nevada's largest annual fundraiser. These funds directly impact local students by fueling scholarships, educational field trips, and mentorship programs in Architecture, Construction and Engineering.

At All 5's, we are deeply committed to investing in our community’s youth and helping develop the next generation of industry leaders. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our tent and made it an unforgettable day, and to our All 5’s crew for bringing the vibes!

Building the future, one conversation at a time.

Our Concrete Project Manager Jade Villanueva recently spoke with College of Southern Nevada students as part of its Construction Industry Speaker Series.

Jade shared insights on the future of the trade, industry forecasts, and the vital role plays in building a long-term construction career. We’re always looking for the next generation of talent, and it was great to discuss open positions and advancement opportunities at All 5’s Construction.

Investing in people is what helps build a strong foundation. This effort was in full view as All 5’s welcomed nearly 100 attendees at our annual foreman/general foreman training.

Held at the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America International Training Center, which many of our team members helped build, this interactive and informative meeting focused on best practices, , and .

This is what growth and development looks like, and it’s pretty exciting.

Community is at the heart of everything we do at All 5’s – here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been up to lately across .

Together with our industry colleagues, All 5’s volunteers rolled up their sleeves to sort, pack, and prepare fresh food at Three Square, including 6,000 pounds of bakery items, 1,840 pounds of fresh plums, and 2,750 pounds of carrots.

We proudly represented All 5’s at the first-ever Illuminate the Night gala in . This incredible evening benefited The Foundation Assisting Seniors, raising vital funds to provide free medical equipment and daily wellness checks for local seniors across the valley.

At the Las Vegas Rescue Mission, our employees helped serve 524 meals to those in need.

Shout out to Gabe Droemer and Victor Oliva for representing All 5’s at Fresno State University in last week. Our team joined 90 other companies for the Lyles College of Engineering’s 19th Annual Welcome Back BBQ and Industry Expo.

All 5’s Construction went all-in on Jersey Fridays.

On Fridays in September, our team proudly traded in their normal attire for sports jerseys, official 988 shirts, and purple and teal apparel to show our unwavering support for su***de prevention and awareness.

For every qualifying item of clothing worn, $5 was donated to organizations providing vital mental health and su***de prevention resources. We loved seeing our crew rally together for such an incredible cause week-after-week.

While September may be coming to an end, All 5’s commitment to breaking the stigma around mental health and protecting our crew and partners, continues year-round. Check-in with teammates regularly, ask how they’re doing and really listen..

Today, we’re looking back on when All 5’s helped mark a new chapter for the Las Vegas-Clark County Library District’s West Las Vegas Library.

Our team installed metal and wood , , and across the interior and exterior of this ground-up build. Performed for CORE, the two-story library doubled the size of the existing branch and serves as a hub for learning, literacy, and community.

We are honored to have turned the page on this modern space benefitting for generations to come.
