Employees learned to recognize life-threatening situations, perform CPR, administer first aid, and use an AED. This training reflects our commitment to employee safety, ensuring a faster, more confident response to workplace emergencies until professional help arrives.

This month, we’re proud to recognize Jake Walton, Foreman/Operator III, for his leadership, dedication and commitment to helping those around him succeed.

Over the past five years, Jake has worked his way up to Foreman/Operator III while taking on and leading multiple projects along the way. Recently, he has completed several Jack and Bore projects in Mississippi while continuing to travel and support crews wherever needed.

Jake leads by example through his commitment to safety, conducting daily job briefings and JSA’s, staying current on certifications and mentoring newer employees on the correct and safe ways to get the job done.
