Double Arrow Equine Sports Therapy is owned and run by Keegan S. Keegan was born and raised in Texas and has worked with animals his entire life. During high school he was an All Star Athlete playing a variety of different sports and receiving countless awards. Keegan attended Tarleton State University in Stephenville Texas following high school to pursue his passion for Rodeo. During his years in

College Keegan spent a lot of time going down the road rodeoing and working with horses. Keegan graduated from Tarleton State University in 2015 with a degree in Horticulture Business and a minor in Biology but he decided that he really wanted to stick close to his passison with horses. A year after graduating from Tarleton Keegan went and spent time with a Texas Vet and got certified to be a Equine Massage Therapist and absolutely loves his new profession! Keegan always wanted to be a Sports Therapist for Human Athletes! He took a ton of Sports Medicine and Biology classes during his time at Tarleton State University which was a huge advantage when it came to learning the Equine Therapy! Equine Massage Therapy is an integral element in the well-being and athletic performance of your horse. Massage soothes routine stresses, locates and releases areas of tightness and potential sorriness and facilitates long-term health and soundness!

If you have a gelding do not forget to check for "beans"!!! This is one that I pulled out of one of my clinics horses the other weekend that was extremely old. In geldings they have waste build up in a pocket above the urethra which needs your help to get cleaned out. Ask your vet, dentist or therapist for help if you do not know how to.!
