Project Update 🏗️
We’re excited to share another milestone on this project — the foundation is ready to be poured! This is always an exciting stage as the vision officially begins taking shape from the ground up.

Next up will be foundation sealing over the next week and a half, with plumbing ground rough-ins scheduled for the end of this week into early next week. Every phase moves this build one step closer to becoming a finished home, and we’re excited to continue sharing the journey along the way.

Exterior framing is nearly complete, the garage slab is being poured today, and this build is continuing to make great progress. Next week, roofing dry-in begins along with the start of MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing).

Project Update | Helena Custom Home 🏗️

This beautiful custom home in Helena is continuing to make exciting progress. Rough-ins for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical are currently underway, bringing all the behind-the-scenes systems together that make a home truly function.

Outside, the stamped front entry patio has been poured and is ready for control joints, while the back patios are actively being formed up. We’re also excited for roofing to begin this week as shingles start going on and the exterior continues to take shape.
