Your pond did not get shallow. It got full.
Every rain carries dirt in and none of it comes back out. Twenty years of that and the deep end you remember is three feet of mud. The pond is still there. It is just under the silt.
We drain it down, dig the silt out, and haul it off or spread it where you want it. Clean-outs start at $10,000, dirt work only. Clearing around the bank is extra, and we do not do chemicals or fish stocking.
We are not the cheapest. But before you spend a dollar, let me come look at it and give you one number. No charge for that.
