Flushable is the most misleading word on a pack of wet wipes. They may disappear down the toilet just fine, but they do not break down the way paper does, so instead of dissolving, they cling to pipe walls and tangle together until they stop up a sewer line or foul a septic system.
Toilet paper is the only wipe that belongs in the bowl. For everything else, a small trash can in the bathroom saves you from a mess and a repair bill down the road.
