Thankful for the relationship we’ve been able to build with another Heath based business, White Sparrow Events!

They first reached out to us after they built their beautiful venue to install landscaping and privacy trees. We’ve now been able to continue servicing them seasonally with mowing, landscaping, maintenance and snow removal.

We had the privilege to start lawn health services for Crabtree family last year after they weren’t happy with their previous fertilization service! Our top lawn health package (including multiple rounds of fertilization and w**d control, aeration, overseeding) has their grass looking as green and lush as a golf course!

’Twas the night before a winter storm in Licking County, Ohio…

Forecasts are calling for 8–12 inches from Saturday night through Monday morning,
with wind chills at zero or below 🥶

Our trucks are ready, routes are planned,
and no—we don’t wait until it stops snowing 😉
We plow while it’s falling and treat it before,
so you can keep moving to and fro.

We will be treating, but let’s be honest—
salt isn’t magic and not all snow will disappear ❄️
Heavy snow + extreme cold = ongoing work.

You may not see us at your property every moment,
but that doesn’t mean we aren’t out there.
We’re running routes, managing timing, and keeping our customers moving.

And yes—our crews are human.
They need food, warm-ups, and short breaks so they can work safely and effectively.

Rest assured: we are prepared, we are working, and we’ll be out all weekend.

Why the change? Because we’ve grown — and so have our services. What started as a lawn and landscape company has evolved into a full-service property maintenance provider. From fertilization and lawn installation to excavation, site prep, and drainage solutions — we’re here to take care of your property from the ground up. 💪

While our name is changing, our commitment to quality and reliability remains the same. This rebrand opens new doors for future services and partnerships, and we can’t wait to share what’s next.

Do you have this strange grass popping up in your lawn?? It's probably nutsedge.

Nutsedge, or nutgrass, is a common w**d in Ohio lawns that resembles grass, but usually grows much taller than regular turfgrass with a slightly different color. It thrives in wet and hot climates, which as we all know is what the weather has been around Licking County lately.

Nutsedge is very hard to control due to its ability to reproduce from nut-like tubers and rhizomes. Not every lawn gets nutsedge nor do we see it every year! Combine that with the fact that the products used to kill nutsedge are very expensive, we do not blanket spray for it with our normal treatments!
