🚨 77.2% MOISTURE READING 🚨

Today we inspected the lower-level apartment of a three-story complex for ongoing water intrusion and widespread mold growth.

The meter registered 77.2% moisture at the affected wall material, and the video shows visible growth extending throughout multiple areas—including the living space and bathroom.

This is what serious hydrostatic pressure looks like in real time.

As I headed down the basement stairs, water was literally squirting through the foundation wall and spraying into my hand. This is more than a small leak—the saturated ground outside is forcing water through the block under pressure.

Simply patching the wall will not solve the underlying problem. The pressure must be relieved and the water properly redirected through a dependable drainage and sump-pump system.
