Did you guess the close-up project? The answer is... the historic Licking County Courthouse!

Those statues have watched over downtown Newark since 1876 and we were honored to help preserve them as part of the courthouse's historic restoration.

Our team helped restore this National Historic Landmark by replacing the roofing system, restoring the iconic tower, installing a new elevator serving all five floors and replacing every exterior window with custom-built wood windows, all while preserving the character that makes this building such an important part of Licking County.

We're proud to have helped transform the former Ohio University Eastern Health & Physical Education Building into the East Central Educational Service Center Community Resource Center. What was once a campus building is now a place where education, healthcare and community services come together under one roof. From a renovated café and kitchen to new offices, medical space and a facility that can serve as a Red Cross shelter during emergencies, this project was built to serve the community in more ways than one.
Projects like this remind us that the best buildings don't just serve one purpose; they serve people.
