Back where it all started.

In 1974, our grandfather, Sam Parks, started a roofing legacy right here in Asotin.

He passed the trade down to his son Tim Parks, who eventually passed that same knowledge and work ethic down to us.

52 years later, TP is still climbing roofs in the town where it all began.

Three generations. 52 years. One family tradition.

• What is still working
• What can safely wait
• How the different parts of the roof work together
• Why a repair or replacement is being recommended

Veteran-owned gets used as a sticker more than a standard. For us it mostly shows up in boring ways. Trucks show up when we said they would. The job site gets cleaned before we leave. Somebody answers the phone when you call about something that went wrong. None of that is impressive. It's just supposed to be normal, and a lot of the time in this industry it isn't.

Being a veteran doesn't make anybody better at installing shingles. That comes from reps and from having someone check the work. What it does do is set the floor. You don't skip the step nobody is going to see. On a roof that's most of the steps. Ice and water in the valleys, nails in the right spot, flashing done correctly instead of caulked over. Cap nails on the underlayment instead of staples, which is faster for the crew and voids the manufacturer warranty on the roof you just paid for. All of it gets covered up by the next layer, and the homeowner never sees any of it. That's exactly why it gets skipped.

We're based in Hayden and we work all over North Idaho and Eastern Washington. If your roof is doing something it shouldn't, we'll come look at it and tell you what's actually going on.

Back in the LC Valley, and it feels good to be home. This is where Elevated Roofing Partners got its start, and every trip back to the Lewiston-Clarkston Valley reminds us of our roots and the community that helped shape who we are today. Grateful to be back where it all began 🏠

What homeowners see, someone looking at the roof for a few minutes.

What they don’t see, us crawling through a 140 degree attic, digging through insulation, and tracing one tiny water stain back to the source.

Finding roof leaks is basically detective work, just hotter and itchier.

Trucks are finally wrapped. Got the whole crew together for a photo while we had everyone in one place. Doesn't happen often. Half of these people I usually only see covered in tar or buried in paperwork.

This is also the most serious you will ever catch TP looking. Pretty sure he saved up a year of professionalism for this one shot. Tomorrow he's back to cracking up at his own jokes on the jobsite
