Words will never fully express how thankful Brad and I are for the love and support our family has received this week. Through the heartbreak of losing Pops, your messages, prayers, shared memories, and thoughtful gestures have meant more than you know.

Growing up here, this town felt small—like everyone knew someone who knew you. Although our community has grown so much, moments like this remind us that it still has that same heart. People show up, wrap their arms around you, and make a growing town feel small again.

Building CDA Painting Group and The Stain Shop here has connected us to so many of you. Our employees, customers, fellow business owners, friends, and neighbors are such a meaningful part of our lives and the legacy we’re carrying forward.

🤍 A Celebration of Life for Brad “Senior” Cleave — Our Beloved Papa 🤍

It is with great sadness and incredibly heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brad Cleave, lovingly known to so many as Senior or Papa, on October 4, 2026.

After a long and courageous fight, Brad won his battle against cancer, but the complications from the treatments took a toll his body could no longer overcome. He went home to be with the Lord, and to say we are shattered would be an understatement.

He was a husband, father, grandfather, and friend to so many. A hardworking man with the biggest heart, an unforgettable smile, and a way of making everyone feel like family. His presence was larger than life, and the legacy he leaves behind is one we will carry with us forever.

While our hearts are broken, we want to come together and celebrate the incredible man we were so blessed to love.

We recently completed this complete exterior paint and stain project, and the results are stunning!
