In just 7 hours, the Roofing Rehab crew removed 56 squares of existing metal roofing, installed new roof sheathing across the entire structure, and had it fully dried in with high-temperature underlayment.

From tear-off to completely protected in a single day — a strong example of the efficiency and craftsmanship our crew brings to every project.

Next up, the new trusses will be set before we return to complete the transformation with a brand-new metal roofing system.
