Teremark Electrical Group

Teremark Electrical Group Energy efficiency is a fast-paced, evolving industry.

TEREMARK Electrical Group provides installation and service of electrical equipment and components as a licensed, insured and bonded electrical contractor with primary focus on energy efficiency products and secondary focus on typical electrical contractor services. Primary products are lighting retrofits from legacy lighting (HID, fluorescent, incandescent) to LED to include controls, HVAC effici

ency controls, Solar installations and Infrared Thermography. In response to this climate, TEREMARK Electrical Group offers services which are somewhat complex and often overlooked and unnoticed by average electrical contractors who are primarily focused on new construction and service.

Not all electrical experience is the same. ⚡️

When you’re getting quotes for electrical work, it’s easy to look at the bottom line and assume the lowest number is the best choice.

But there’s another question worth asking:

Who am I actually trusting to do this work?

Before hiring an electrical contractor, take a few minutes to look beyond the quote. How long have they been in the trade? What level of licensing and experience do they have? What do their Google reviews consistently say? Do they communicate well? Do they stand behind their work?

Electrical work is one of those things where experience matters because sometimes the most important part of the job is knowing what you’re looking at before you ever touch a wire.

At TEREMARK Electrical Group, our leadership brings decades of experience in the electrical industry, including Master Electrician-level expertise. That experience shapes how we diagnose problems, train our team, approach safety, and complete every project.

We’ll never tell you to choose an electrician based on price alone.

Do your research. Ask questions. Check licensing. Read the reviews. Choose someone you feel confident trusting with your home or business.

We believe our experience speaks for itself, and we’d be grateful for the opportunity to earn your trust.

Should I reset a breaker that keeps tripping?

If a breaker trips once, it could simply be a temporary overload. Maybe you had the microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker all going at the same time.

But if you reset it and the same breaker keeps tripping, that’s when we want you to stop.

Your breaker is doing its job. It’s shutting off power because something on that circuit isn’t right. Continually resetting it might get the power back on, but it doesn’t solve whatever is causing it to trip in the first place.

It could be an overloaded circuit, a faulty appliance, a wiring issue, or another electrical problem that needs to be diagnosed.

So if you’ve gotten into the habit of walking over to the panel and thinking, “There goes that breaker again…” give us a call.

Let’s figure out why it keeps happening instead of continuing to reset it and hoping for the best.

Just because you can DIY it doesn’t mean you should. ⚡️

We get it.

Replacing a light fixture or installing a ceiling fan might seem like a simple weekend project. It can be tempting to watch a few videos, grab some tools, and think, “How hard can it be?”

The reality is that electrical work is one of the most regulated trades for a reason.

Behind every outlet, breaker, and circuit are electrical codes designed to protect your home, your family, and everyone who walks through your front door. What looks like “just a few wires” can quickly become a fire hazard, a shock risk, or a costly repair if it’s not installed correctly.

We’ve been called to countless homes to fix DIY electrical work that ended up costing far more than if it had been done right the first time.

At TEREMARK Electrical Group, our advice is simple: if you’re ever unsure, make the call. We’d much rather answer your questions or help with a safe installation than be called after something has gone wrong.

Your home is one of your biggest investments.

Let’s protect it together.

This is one of the more common calls we receive, and it’s never something you should ignore.

If the outlets and lights in one area of your home suddenly stop working, but none of the breakers have tripped, there may be an electrical connection that’s beginning to fail.

One common cause is something called a backstabbed outlet. Instead of the wires being secured under terminal screws, they’re pushed into the back of the outlet. Over time, those connections can loosen, creating resistance and heat.

The problem is that a failing connection may not trip the breaker. Instead, it can continue heating up behind the wall, creating a serious fire hazard.

If part of your home loses power and you can’t identify why, don’t assume it’ll fix itself. The sooner the issue is diagnosed, the safer your home will be.

At TEREMARK Electrical Group, we don’t just restore power. We find the root cause so you can have confidence your electrical system is safe.

If you’re experiencing a partial power outage, give us a call. We’d be happy to help.
