If you’re laying tile, don’t be that guy! Cost this customer an arm and a leg for washing grout down the drain. Completely hardened in the trap and was on a slab! Fixed now though.

Not how we wanted our Monday, but a little cosmetic damage is better than what the outcome could’ve been! Consider it just a busted lip. 4 new tires and one blows running 75mph. When others tell your customer, “You can’t put a bathroom here”, you call Beck Plumbing,LLC! This was a “closet” but, really it’s used to be a bathroom for previous owners. There used to be a septic tank below the basement(that probably failed)but, with a pump, let’s make your dreams come true!! This was a TON of work but, as long as the customer gets what she wants, then everything paid off. Call us for your next, you can’t do this or that, and let’s see if your can or can’t!!!!!

When the customer turns to the shower ,he has water coming from both the spout and the shower head. From the picture, can you guess why? I will give the answer shortly.

Ok ok ok….it could be a failed diverter BUT what’s the MOST COMMON reason. I should’ve the diverter is NOT the issue
