Important Communication Update

We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who may have experienced delays in hearing back from us.

Over the past several months, we’ve been transitioning to a new phone system (RingCentral) and a CRM to better manage high volumes of spam calls and social media messages. During this process, some legitimate calls, emails, and messages were mistakenly flagged as spam. At the same time, we experienced unexpected health complications affecting office staff, which contributed to additional delays.

We are actively working with our providers to restore full functionality and ensure proper staffing coverage moving forward.

Our local service area is experiencing widespread power outages, with Kremlin, Havre, Chinook, Harlem, and Fort Belknap Agency currently affected. We urge everyone to stay safe and remain indoors.

Montana is experiencing extremely strong winds today, with conditions worsening by mid-morning and continuing through the evening. With wind speeds like this, power outages are a real possibility across the area.

Please take a few moments to prepare ahead of time:
🔌 Charge phones and essential devices
⚠️ Stay clear of downed power lines and avoid tall trees if you must be outside
🏠 Have a plan in place in case power is lost
💦 Fill up water jugs or your tub so you can flush toilets
