That’s a wrap.

About five years ago, we rebuilt the main chimney for this homeowner. The chimney had leaked since the day they moved in—roughly 15 years—and several contractors had attempted repairs without success. We ultimately tore it down into the attic space and rebuilt it properly from the ground up. It has never leaked since.

Recently, the homeowner called us back to address the second chimney. We tore that one down and rebuilt it as well.

Now both chimneys match, both are structurally sound, and both are built to last.

One of my favorite parts of this project was matching the color in the concrete crowns and shoulder caps so everything blended together naturally. It’s a small detail, but details matter.

I love great clients, and I love doing quality work. There is something incredibly satisfying about looking at a finished project and knowing it was done the right way.

Thank you for an awesome first Delco Home Show!

Though the kids thought a “home show” meant we’d arrive to find daddy singing and dancing, they still had an awesome time meeting the other vendors and learning about home improvement in all forms!
