Giving existing ductwork a fresh start. 💪
Not every HVAC improvement means tearing everything out and starting over. For this ductwork refit, we’re able to reuse the customer’s existing trunk line and flex runs — but we’re making sure it’s done right.
Our team removed the existing trunk line from the home, thoroughly cleaned and dried it, and brought it back to our shop where our DAP Certified Installers are applying spray foam insulation in a controlled environment.
Why go through all that trouble? Because preparation matters. We want the trunk clean and dry before the foam is applied, and spraying it here at our shop allows our installers to take their time and make sure it receives a thorough, consistent application before it goes back into the home.
It may be existing ductwork, but that doesn’t mean we cut corners on the refit.
Clean it. Dry it. Prep it. Spray it. Reinstall it right. 👏
