Master’s Design Build Group is a growing, award-winning design-build residential remodeling and general contractor specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions and general renovations primarily in select Montgomery and Bucks County neighborhoods since 2007.

The role of the Estimator/Production Manager on the team is an important part of the foundation we are laying for the future of our company. Consistent, excellent performance of the individual in this role is vital to our success.

General Qualifications
Our Estimator/Production Manager will be a seasoned veteran of the industry with expansive and thorough knowledge of Remodeling and General Construction Best Practices from the ground up, exceptional Administrative and Organizational skills and overall positive and optimistic outlook on life.

Primary Function
The Estimator/Production Manager is directly responsible for accurate and timely estimating and management of assigned projects, consistently maintaining Profitability while delivering our company goals of superior Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction. He or She must be capable of managing multiple $10,000 - $500,000 remodeling projects simultaneously according to schedule, on budget, and at or above bid-day gross profit margin. This position will involve being on the job site wearing a tool belt at times when necessary for problem solving and additional help when additional manpower is needed.

We were happy to finish up this addition in back in the summer. A two story addition with a full basement. They are enjoying their new playroom, family room and Primary Suite.
