Wrapped up this large bathroom project!

The old layout had the vanity as part of the master bedroom, then through a door was the toilet and shower.

- Relocated the partition wall to place the vanity inside the bathroom space.
- Removed a hall closet to expand the size of the shower.
- Relocated all the shower plumbing along with the vanity plumbing.
- Relocated all the lights, outlets, and switches.
- Installed a new vent fan and put in a soffit vent.
- Relocated a walk in closet door to the bedroom wall.
- Installed tile floor with radiant heat.
- Installed shower tile including 2 niches.
- Installed 48" vanity plus an 18" wide pantry cabinet.
- Installed shower door, fold down shower seat, and grab bar.

Very happy with how this project turned out, and the new layout makes a lot more sense.

Wrapped up this front door replacement!

Fairly straight forward project other than it being a custom size door and they still managed to give us the wrong size storm doors. We got creative and they close smooth as silk!

Wrapped up this bathroom refresh!

This is a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting two bedrooms. Along with the entry door from each bedroom, there were additional doors between the vanity areas and the toilet/shower area. That amount of space needed for swinging doors made it feel much smaller than it is, so we made some changes.

We replaced the tub and shower with a new tub and shower insert.
We replaced the floor with lovely new tile.
We removed two normal doors that opened in towards the shower, and replaced them with barn style doors with frosted glass for privacy.
We also moved a few outlets, replaced lighting and hung new mirrors and fixtures.
Two smaller vanities give the sliding doors a pocket to open into.
Overall this was a very nice refresh and hope the changes we made make it more functional!

Finished this quick pre move-in bath reno!

- ripped out the builder grade tile, tub, and vanity.
- added a new shower light and outlet
- relocated vanity plumbing and replaced shower plumbing
- installed new tile floor
- installed new tub and shower insert, vanity, and fixtures
- fresh coat of paint
Happy with this quick turnaround and hope the new owners enjoy!

This project involved removing several walls, relocating electric, removing a bunch of shelving, and ripped up vinyl tiles. We then did a floor coating and painted the block walls with Drylock. This space might get finished at a later date, but for now it is opened up, cleaned up, and brightened up.
