Vintage Building is excited to announce that we have awarded the project to repair and restore the Peaceful Valley Ranch House in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It will be a nice place to spend the summer.

The government opened back up and we took advantage to finish our remodeling project at the Dayton Aviation Heritage Center. We tore out quarry tile to install a new floor; tore out a kitchenette wall, repaired the plaster and painted the walls, and put together a bunch of new furniture including a new welcome desk.

A drunk driver took out the historic storefront at the Dayton Aviation Heritage Center, the birthplace of American aviation. The NPS hired Vintage to restore it to its 1909 glory. Great job and great people to work for.

Vintage Building and Restoration has been awarded a contract to restore the Historic Griswold Auditorium in Allegan. It's mostly exterior work, so we need to patiently wait for spring to get started. Nonetheless, we are very excited to work with the city of Allegan on this project.

Vintage has been hired by a very nice couple to build a brand new “old house.” Interior includes a butlers pantry, library, and curved staircase. Exterior has an expansive front porch, gingerbread trim, and even a car port. We were very excited to break ground. It’s going to be a fun fall.
