Here’s a wall we did in the Portage area. 9 ft wall with a front and back porch with a garage on the left side! With two service doors and an 18 ft garage door the garage will be an interesting one to turn into with the face of the door facing at a 90 degree angle from the house. The house also had one made up egress window. Good size house happy to get it done. And as you can see it already got water proofed on all the house walls. Onto the next one!

They have a really good size porch in the back and a good size garage with one 18' garage door, also with one service door! Onto the next one!!

Sorry everyone! It's been a while since I've posted, July was a busy month! I'm gonna try and post regularly for the rest of the season! Thank you for following along with us and supporting us!

This is a 9 ft wall we did recently over in the Hickory Corners area! This is a pretty special house because of the common wall for the garage and porch! The garage and common walls are a foot taller than the house to try and make this a zero clearance house! Great idea!
The back has 2 retaining walls! To help with the dirt work to make the walkout work. There are two small jogs in the walkout!
The garage has 2-12 ft doors and 2 service doors! A great house and design for the lot.
Onto the next one!
