Had a very successful week thank u bill schoffe and diana schoffe letting us be your loggers and letting me use you guys for future references you just cant beat an honest 50/50 split we give a guaranteed dollar amount but when the trees hit the ground and they cut good land owners end up makeing more than planned like in this case 4 to 5 thousand more and no i am not low balling what i think they are worth in the beginning ... For example you never know 100 percent what the tree is going to cut like you may have a good idea so when everyone is biding they are going to make sure that they cover their own butts in case it does cut bad... Thats where the honest split blows everyone away i have every land owner i do bussines with right there from start to beginning on the sale takeing bids answering questions and showing them.how it all goes so if you have any walnut cherry white oak or maple give me a call 269 953 4895 let me work for you......

Pic on top left is barb patrics home we had the honor of doing her timber havesting i should have taken better pics i. Proud to say she is another refrance for C&L timber the bottom right is a job completed for dave i have to look his last name up on the contract vary thankfull to have meet and do business with him the property is on glenwood road just across marcelouse highway we took some fence row walnut out if u are familiar with that area drive by and check our work out the bottom left and middle pics are the job we had just started another fence row job will post more pics tomorrow when finished there are 28 trees that we have taken down
